AS OF 2020, OUR MOTHERHOOD EXPERIENCE became EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE TO OUR LEGACY CLIENTS.

LEGACY CLIENTS HAVE COMPLETED A FULL PORTRAIT SESSION WITH US IN THE PAST.

Please note: if you are not a legacy client and somehow found yourself on this page, this event is not open to you and your booking will be politely cancelled. We’d love to chat about booking a full portrait session though, and you can inquire here.

If you haven’t done a Motherhood Experience session before, you’re in for a fun time. There’s lots of fun and snuggles just like with my portrait sessions, and we keep the pace moving to keep interest. 25 minutes per client is blocked in our schedule so we will have PLENTY of time to photograph you and your little one(s) especially if they need time to warm up. Those who have come before know exactly what to expect. I don’t have a cluttered and elaborate background with flower arches or trends that will be cringey in a few years and keep the focus on you and your little one(s).

The introduction of our canvas background was a HUGE hit with you all last year! I’ll have the normal studio image with the white wall/flooring, and we’ll also have the canvas background again. All images are natural light. Clients can use both or one - sometimes one makes more sense with what you choose to wear. The furniture I use in each sessions varies for each client and what makes sense, and keeps every session very unique to each family.

Parking in our lot will be provided for you! We’ll also send out a style/what to wear guide to you in advance, and I’m absolutely available to look over what you’ve put together if you want my eyes on it for any suggestions.

If you have more than one child AND have kids under the age of 4, you must bring a helper along with you. This can be dad, grandma, a babysitter, etc. Your helper will NOT be in the photographs though, just to be clear! I photograph each child with mama individually during the session, and your helper will be responsible for your other children when this is happening to keep everyone safe.

I do not photograph your children alone or as a group without mama. You will be in every single image with your little one(s), since that’s the whole point of this special event.
